A lot of the people around me know that I’ve had back issues as a result of an injury I sustained from cheerleading many years ago, and since then, I’ve had constant back pain. I’m pretty used to it now, but on occasion the pain will increase during and after workouts, long walks, or simply standing for a period of time. So I’ve been actively looking for a gym shoe that gives me the proper support. It took a lot of trial and error, but almost a year ago I decided to try out the Adidas Alphabounce running shoes, and it has literally changed my life! I’ve never had a gym shoe that not only looked stylish, but also provided support and comfort at the same time! My back pain has eased up so much with this simple addition to my shoe collection, and I ended up loving them so much that I got another pair! The one shown above was actually my second pair! If you’re having similar issues, I really suggest at least giving these a shot. You might end up loving them as much as I do!
