The last month and a half has been quite interesting for me. I’ve been traveling back and forth to different locations for weddings, a funeral, and literally everything in between. Although I love traveling, visiting my old hometown, and experiencing new places, living out of your suitcase for an extended period of time can get somewhat stressful and tiring. In addition to that, I’ve been working full-time, finishing up graduate school, shooting new content, all in the midst of me moving. Needless to say, I was quite stressed and feeling like a burnout was fast approaching. Life can get a little crazy sometimes, so one major note to keep in mind when you’re extremely busy, is that you MUST take care of yourself. Seriously! When you feel like you’re about to reach your limit, take a day and just rest! You won’t be able to accomplish the things you need get done if you get sick. Often times when we’re busy, we resort to a lot of fast and/or fried food. I’m definitely guilty of that! Although it’s okay sometimes, eating that for weeks on end won’t benefit you in any way. It’ll leave you extremely sluggish and unmotivated. Same thing will happen if you aren’t staying hydrated enough. So be sure to find a balance in each aspect of your life, and remain constant with it. It’ll help you get through those stressful and busy times in your life with ease.
