SEPTEMBER GOALS

September is here! I can’t believe summer is coming to a close so quickly. I figured September was the perfect time to start posting about my monthly goals. Now normally I keep a lot of my personal life, dreams, and aspirations to myself, but I realized that you never know when your journey may help someone else. So I’ve teamed up with DHOUSE USA, which is a company that sells beautiful phone cases (which are PERFECT for back-to-school), to bring to you my top three goals for the month of September!

Start Strong. Stay Ahead.
Ironically, I started my graduate program today, and with being so busy already, I want to make sure that I start the program strong. You never know what your future will hold, so all you can do is be in the present. So that being said, I want to stay on top of everything, and stay ahead in my school work, because in the end it will allow me to stress less, and make the most of my education and resources.

Be Consistent.
When it comes to my blog and social media outlets, I find it hard to stick to a schedule. My days change literally on an hourly basis, from photoshoot inquiries, to business emails, etc., so often times I find myself doing everything but what I’m accomplish that day. That’s why for the month of September, I want to get settled into a routine schedule, now that I’m in school, so I can be consistent with content for my blog and other social media. And ultimately deliver more unique content to my audience.

Enjoy Myself.
These last few months I haven’t really taken a lot of time to just enjoy myself outside of my work and day-to-day duties. So this month I really want to take in my surroundings and enjoy the weather/sights around me. I plan to explore my town a little bit more and just see what it has to offer. This month I definitely want to spend more time with my friends. I’m originally from the midwest, which is where most of my friends are located, so I definitely want to work more on communicating with them and just enjoy catching up with one another.

I hope you enjoyed today’s blog post!
